Fatherless Friday

This morning I dedicate these verses to all the families who are getting ready to cross the ocean for their little Lost Ones.  Families who are leaving their other children behind in order to gather their newest into their arms.  Families who are desperately trying to raise the thousands of dollars needed to follow God's call.  Families who are facing the unknown with fear and trembling but who are steadfastly moving forward, trusting that God Will Sustain Them With Every Step They Take.

To these families on this Fatherless Friday I dedicate Isaiah 45: 2-3.... Words of Promise - Words of Hope from the Lord of Hosts:

"I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who summons you by name."

To all the Reece's Rainbow families who are now on the Traveling Soon page.  I stand up and applaud you!

These are just a FEW of the many many Reece's Rainbow families who are ALMOST THERE.  Please show your support for these family.  Click my links above and also PLEASE Go to this THIS PAGE and find one or two or five or all of the families on there...

PRAY FOR THEM.
ENCOURAGE THEM.
SUPPORT THEM FINANCIALLY.
LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE OUT THERE.
FOLLOW THEIR STORIES.

Jumping off a cliff is hard.  The Lord is Faithful and will see them through but not without OUR SUPPORT.

These PRECIOUS TREASURES need to come home!!

THEY ARE BRINGING FOUR OTHER CHILDREN HOME TOO!!!!

This makes me think about the end of the "Armor of God" passage; often times I fail to recall the final instruction from Paul in verse 18:

Ephesians 6:10-20 - The Whole Armor of God
10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; 17and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints ,, 19and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, 20for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.
