Fatherless Friday

I have no words today.  My blog has sat empty.  quiet.  For days.  This week has been hard.  My heart is heavy.

But these kids need a voice no matter how I am feeling.  No matter the storm that rages around me.

They are trapped.

  4. I'm praying for these children. It's heartbreaking. Every child deserves loving arms of a family. I sometimes just don't understand why there are so many orphans.
I had the joy to finally see one of the children I am advocating for move to the "my family found me" page on Reece's Rainbow.

  5. Praise God for your steadfastness Julia. We often pray for these dear children and my hubby's company is committed to donating to the least of these.
To those pondering adoption..... these child will bless you beyond you're imagination, not to mention refine you more like Christ.
Our Ethan is similar to ASA physically. All I can say is : WITH GOD NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

  6. So many with large grants and just no family willing to take a leap of faith. I wish there was a way to help families understand just how amazingly and immediately children begin to change when they come home. I know and have seen that it is not without challenge sometimes, but seems always worth it in the end. I wish we were eligible to adopt at this time and that my husband was on board. Some day maybe...for now. Prayers, donations and shares is what I can offer. Hoping to see more of these precious loves moved to MFFM soon!

  7. Thank you for continuing to advocate for these children, it helps remind us all that there is so much more to be done. I thought that Victoria had a family, I am so sad to see that she does not, I wish I qualified to go get her, but I will donate again to her fund. For some reason she particularly touches my heart.
Off the subject a bit, I thought this little girl might interest you, she has a WREX, like Aaron! http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=WoZ2BgPVtA0

  8. Julia,

I saw this article and video today about the WREX helping another little girl, and obviously thought of Aaron!
