Simon. Barton. Casey

How do I pick??

How do I invite only 12 children to sit at our table when there are so so very many more who are looking in the window?

How can I choose?

I've been on my knees for weeks.

Asking the Lord to direct me to those children who would benefit the most.

Asking the Lord for wisdom and peace.

There are three more spots.

I had MY picks.  Children I have wanted to focus on.  Babes who have been on MY list for a very long time.  But after much agonizing and prayer and seeking counsel from others... after Rob and I sat and talked and considered...

I removed MY picks and put on the list three boys who desperately need out.

All are 15.

All are destined to be transferred to adult mental institutes.

All three will spend the rest of their lives locked away.

I just can't sit back and let that happen.

Many would say that we can't save them all.

True.

Every year hundreds and thousands of special needs kids are transferred to adult mental institutes.

Lost in the system.

Locked away.

We can't save them all.

But we know about these three.

We CAN help them.

Simon.  Barton.  Casey.

They are worth saving.
