Leaving SOON!!

Okay... Their bags are just about packed.

 

They are biting nails waiting for news.

 

Every e-mail makes them jump in joy and terror.

Last week they found out that the last family who got their travel dates were given FIVE DAYS to be there.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

I am bouncing up  and down in excitement...

In just a few days or weeks.... ALEXEI'S FAMILY IS GOING TO BE HOLDING HIM IN THEIR ARMS!!

 

 

Soon sweet boy... soon!!

 

I'm going to be sitting here at my computer with tears pouring down my face.  Yes.... I am emotional that way.

The Marr family is soon crossing the ocean.  They will be walking through the gates into an institute where we spent six weeks of our lives.

They will be in Aaron's old world. 

I am shaking with joy and excitement and terror. 

Praying praying that NOTHING will stand in their way. 

They have already been through so much.  They are still grieving Sasha as they wait for news about Alexei.

Of course they are not fully funded but I made sure they knew that we would NOT leave them stranded over there.  We are  going to do whatever it takes to get that boy out!!  If I have to stand on the street corner with a sign and a tin cup.

 

I'd rather not do that though so help me out people.....

 

The Marrs are only a little over 3,000 short of getting Alexei out... that's the cost of their plane tickets...

 

We are NOT going to make them row across that ocean!!

 

 

I don't have a matching grant for them.

 

I don't have any extra incentives.

 

Just heartfelt pleas.

 

Alexei will be the first child in two years to be taken out of that institute.

 

A few months later Samuel will also be carried out.

 

The Taylors are a LONG way from being funded for him. 

 

 

 

We still have a 500.00 matching grant for them and that will help but honestly - they need a  boatload more than that so PLEASE be generous.

 

I prayed for Samuel for over a year before we could get him listed on Reece's Rainbow.  The day I posted about him was the day the Lord shouted into their hearts.  He's losing so very much sitting in those sheds day after day.

 

They aren't just getting Samuel they are getting his sister too from an entirely different place.  That adds cost and time onto their trip!!

 

Please fill up their cup!!

 

Soon after Samuel meets his family... Heath will meet his. 

 

His family is FULLY FUNDED because of all of your generous donations!!

 

 

Praising God that Heath is NOT in our Mulligan Stew this year!!!

 

FULLY FUNDED IS SWEET INDEED!!

 

In the coming months all THREE PRECIOUS BOYS are going to be carried through those gates....

 

I'm going to be investing in the Kleenex company here in Virginia!

 

I am seriously holding my breath on all of these adoptions. 

 

Praying.  Praying. Praying.  Praying some more!!

 

Too much has happened to make me rest easy until three sets of feet are safely on this side of the ocean.

 

After those three cross.... that will leave two behind.

Can I just say that both of these boys break my heart on a daily basis?

 

I'm crying as I type.

 

Hanson has been locked away in that place for over two years.  He is in a laying down room.  He does nothing all day but lay and stare at the ceiling!

 

And Porter... Seeing his picture depresses me beyond measure.  Last year we raised money for him.  We pleaded for him.  We wept over him.  We found him a family.  But they were unable to bring him home and so he waits and waits some more. He's living somewhere in that village.  I pray that it is a good and loving place! 

 

Oh please help me raise money in their grant accounts!!  Please help me get their faces out so that someone will go get them.  Please!!

 

I don't have grants for them.

 

All I can do is yell at the top of my lungs.
