I'm 60 today.
Sixty years old and leaving for Ohio for a homeschool convention.
Last night Little Girl saw my computer bag in the kitchen.
She saw me packing it for the trip.
When I turned away, she took the bag and carried it back in the office.
Mama stay.
Break my heart.
Yesterday I took the day off and went to the zoo with my kiddos
That was the best birthday present.
Enjoying a beautiful day with my three youngest.
Watching them enjoy life.
Seeing their laughter.
I don't have words on my 60th birthday.
I'm grateful for 60 years.
I'm grateful for my family.
I am grateful for a loving husband and a God who loves me.
My birthday request - pray for Ukraine.
Pray for peace!
Happy birthday! What a fun outing with the aviary!! Parakeets are so fun!
ReplyDeleteI am blown away by the photos of Aaron! Where in the world did this young man come from?!?!! In my mind he’s still a little boy! But alas, he’s transformed into such a handsome little man! He makes me smile. To think of where he came from and where he is today just brings happy tears to my eyes.

Happy birthday Julia. Prayers everyday.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday! It sounds and looks as if you are starting this newest decade joyfully - I hope you and your family will have many more such happy days yet to come this year.
ReplyDeleteAnd the happiest day of all will be when Ukraine is free of its hate-filled invaders once again, and peace and justice return, as is my constant prayer..
The local Ukrainian Pentecostal Church is holding another bake sale tomorrow, with all proceeds going to Ukraine relief. Their last sale raised an astonishing $145,000! Hope they are not sold out before I arrive, as their traditional Ukrainian treats are delicious and the cause can't be beat. Literally!
Happy birthday again, and Slava Ukraini!
