a BROKEN record...

Again we have an empty mailbox.  I've had advice to call our senator, congressman... maybe I should try the President.  How hard is it to give someone an appointment?  They received our 800+ dollar check at the beginning of January and we know they received it because we have THAT receipt.  If you are reading this... PLEASE PRAY.  We are so helpless.
