Wow!

ALL OF YOU WHO THINK THAT GIVEAWAYS ARE JUST AN ATTEMPT TO GET MONEY WITHOUT ANYTHING IN RETURN...

Well.....Let me tell you...

A month ago we donated TO THIS ADOPTION to help bring this little one home...

Sweet Charlotte....

We donated in Aaron's name for a Giveaway of a handmade quilt and WON!

Aunt Lorraine THANK YOU!!

I think a homemade quilt on my bed looks just fine.. don't you???

Aaron and Elijah definitely like it...

THEN... we donated to THIS ADOPTION to help bring home these two little ones...

Peter and Nathan....

And we won one of these...

We bought three more and gave one away.... the boys wear these all the time!!

THEN....

We donated to these PRECIOUS BOYS who desperately need families - We gave to each boy - in honor of our three boys....

AND WE WON!

An iPod!!

YEP - We are winners - TIMES THREE...

You see - we NEVER ask anyone to give to a Giveaway unless we are also giving.... And there are definite benefits in taking part in all the many Giveways happening in the adoption world!!

You CAN win..

I've never won anything in my life - until now!!

Tis fun to win....

But honestly - It is much more fun to watch the numbers rise and to see all the families having their socks blessed off by the many many donations given for so many priceless treasures!!

Don't worry - I plan on keeping you keeping you up to date on other Giveaways...

For today - Here is one that is unique and for all you sports fans out there.... Quite a treasure... This family definitely could use some help as they bring home a set of brothers who are definitely in need of a family and serious medical care!!

John and Carson

In the Giveaway you can win an autographed football signed by Jerry Rice and Steve Young!

The blog is HERE to learn more about these sweet boys.  To donate through Reece's Rainbow you can link HERE.  Make sure you leave a comment on their blog to let them know you donated!!

  3. That quilt is beautiful! I can't imagine how many hours were put into it. I have won a couple of giveaways, which is fun, but you're right that watching those numbers go up is so much more fun!

  4. I made a new blog specifically to list all the Reece's Rainbow Fundraisers, because I was often hearing about them after they finished. The blog is ReecesRainbowfundraisers.blogspot.com . There is a blog auction for Brian ending today here: http://reecesrainbowfundraisers.blogspot.com/2011/03/online-auction-and-pampered-chef-for.html .

  5. The quilt is gorgeous! I once won a darling teddybear and I can't wait to share with my youngest son the story behind his best Christmas gift that year.

I NEVER win anything but I just donated to Silvas fundraiser and am hoping to win a new camera! I need one with all these kids! I so wish I could take the money and go back to Ukraine and adopt again but for now I have to be content helping the others.
