A New Life

I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day.

I Timothy I: 12

I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth.  And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself will see him with my own eyes—I, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!

Job 19: 25-27

My son...

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and, Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Luke 10: 27

"He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."

Micah 6:8

Herein lies your hope....

"Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him. The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God."

Romans 6:8-10

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Romans 6:23

  11. As the angels in heaven rejoiced and partied... I know your heart was rejoicing as well, mom. :)

Welcome to the family dear young man! May Father guide you and keep you close to Himself as you journey this world. He has a plan for your life to glorify Him and I pray your heart is keen and listening each day. May you show others the grace you have been shown. In Jesus name, Amen!

  12. Rejoicing with your family! It is such a wonderful thing to see a young person put on Christ in Baptism and live for and in HIM. I remember what a proud moment if was for me when my daughter took Christ on in Baptism, also. Finally, I felt relieved that all she had been taught since a tender age had taken ahold of her heart and convicted her in Christ! A great feeling!
