The Rest of the Story....

I'm on my way to Ohio for a Homeschooling Convention.

Rumor has it I may get to meet a very special fellow. 

I'm hoping rumor is true because he was one of our Mulligan Stew babes from last year....

Not gonna share any more than that!!

A few weeks ago I shared that I couldn't pick between three boys for our stew so I didn't pick any of them???

Remember when I shared that one of those boys found a family which allowed me to add the other two boys into our Giveaway???

Jason and Sutter were the two I added in because God made a way.

 

I was so grateful to have been able to put both boys in. 

Jason is desperate to get out. Do you see how they have tied his hands to the crib rails??

He can stand and crawl and must try to escape so THEY TIE HIM TO HIS BED.

Oh please dear friends...

We cannot save them all.  But we can do something for Jason.

And Sutter....

WOO HOO... SUTTER HAS A FAMILY!!


I cannot begin to tell you how that makes me feel.  Sutter stole my heart months ago and to know that he is being rescued from a lifetime in cages.... Thank you Jesus!!

But I didn't tell you the rest of the story....

You see the third boy - the one who found a family....

IT WAS GERARD.

Yep.  He was on my Mulligan Stew list.

And he is STILL on my Mulligan Stew list.

Talk about laughing out loud!!

How's that for amazing??? 

The Deutsch family is adopting him and since they were already part of our Stew... well.... I get the best of both worlds!!

Jason.  Sutter.  Gerard.  All three boys who were standing on the outside looking in were able to be part of our Mulligan Stew.

God makes ways when we think there is no way!!

Gerard has a family coming and we get the amazing privilege of supporting his family!

We also get to yell for  Jason.

And now we get to jump and up down for Sutter!

How utterly fantastic is that???
